Customer data

Within the framework of our services and our activities we collect and process the identity and contact details, address details of our customers and clients, their staff, employees, appointed persons and other useful contacts. The purposes for these processing operations are the implementation of the agreements with our customers, customer management, accounting and direct marketing activities such as sending promotional or commercial information. The legal bases are the implementation of the Agreement, the fulfilment of legal and regulatory obligations.

Data from suppliers and subcontractors

We collect and process the identity and contact information, address details of our suppliers and subcontractors, as well as their eventual (sub)contractor(s), their staff, employees, appointed persons and other useful contacts. The purposes of these processing operations are the implementation of this agreement, the management of suppliers/subcontractors, accounting and direct marketing activities such as sending promotional or commercial information. The legal bases are the implementation of the agreement, the fulfilment of legal and regulatory obligations. For certain specific legal obligations, the E-ID data may also be processed.

Employees data

We process the personal data of our employees in the context of our personnel management and payroll administration.

Other data

In addition to the data of customers, suppliers/subcontractors and personnel, we also process personal data from others, such as potential new customers/prospects, useful contacts within our sector, network contacts, expert contacts, etc. The purposes of these processing operations are in the interest of our activities, direct marketing and public relations. The legal basis is our legitimate interest or in some cases the implementation of an agreement.

DATA STORAGE

The personal data are stored and processed by us for a period that is necessary depending on the purposes of the processing and in function of the (whether or not contractual) relationship we have with you.

PASSING ON YOUR DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
